Mr. Anil Jagirdar has over 11 years of experience in private equity, healthcare and consulting.
Prior to joining InvAscent, Anil spent four years working as a Principal Consultant at Pricewaterhouse Coopers Private Limited, an international financial services company. During his time there, he was responsible for performing due diligence, business development, project management, project delivery and client management. Prior to his time in Pricewaterhouse Coopers Private Limited, Anil spent over three years as a Regional Manager in Apollo Hospitals Private Limited.
Anil holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Shillong and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
Mr. Ankit Pawar has over 11 years of experience in private equity, investment banking and healthcare.
Prior to joining InvAscent, he worked for six years as an Investment Banking Associate in Torreya Partners, a global investment banking boutique and five years as a Corporate Strategy Manager in Nectar Lifesciences Limited, a pharmaceutical company in India.
Ankit holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA) from the University Business School, Panjab University and a Bachelor of Technology in Biotechnology from Thapar University, Patiala.
Ms. Ashwini Mogilisetty has over 6 years of experience in private equity and investment banking.
Prior to joining InvAscent, she worked for two years as an Investment Analyst in Eversource Capital, a private equity firm and two years as an Investment Banking Analyst in JP Morgan.
Ashwini holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore and a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics from IIITD&M Kancheepuram, Chennai.
Mr. T. P. Devarajan has over 35 years of experience in private equity, financial services, business education and petrochemicals.
Prior to joining InvAscent, Deva spent seven years in the business education sector as an Associate Director in the Indian School of Business. During his time there, he was involved in conceptualising and launching the K-Hub Winners’ Club, a growth consulting initiative where he played a key role of building a roster of clients from different industries.
Prior to his time in the Indian School of Business, Deva worked in several financial services companies such as SBI Capital Markets where he led equity and debt fund raising for over 30 companies through public offers, shareholder offers and private institutional placements.
Deva holds a Post-Graduate Programme in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from Osmania University.
Mr. Hari Buggana has over 26 years of experience across investing and operating companies in the healthcare and consulting sectors.
Hari brings with him five years of experience as a Consultant with McKinsey & Company at both the Chicago and Mumbai offices. During his time there, Hari worked on several engagements ranging from strategy, M&A and growth to organizational and operational improvement. Hari had the opportunity to be involved in advisory projects for some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Europe and India.
Prior to McKinsey & Company, Hari had over four years of experience working in Abbott Laboratories, an American multinational pharmaceutical and medical device company headquartered in Illinois, Chicago. Hari held the role of Research Scientist where he was involved in commercially scaling the production of various pharmaceutical products.
Hari holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University, a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Poona.
Mr. Hemant Ajmera has over 12 years of experience in financial services and corporate finance.
Prior to joining InvAscent, Hemant worked for two years as Vice President (Finance) for Equirus Securities, where he was responsible for fund administration, accounting and investor reporting.
Prior to joining Equirus Securities, Hemant worked for six years in financial controllership roles at GVFL, a venture capital firm and SBICap Trustee.
Hemant holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Mohanlal Sukhadiya University, Udaipur, the Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Company Secretary designation from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
Dr. Jeevak Gupta has over 10 years of experience in private equity and healthcare.
Prior to joining InvAscent, Jeevak spent over two years working as a Senior Manager at Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited, a multinational healthcare group which was among the first in India to receive international healthcare accreditation. During his time there, he took on various responsibilities including B2B/B2C account management, sales conversion and staff management.
Jeevak holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and a MBBS from the Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi University. He also holds several certifications such as the Certificate in Immunology from the Harvard Medical School and the Certificate in Biotechnology and Financing from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Ms. May Philips has over 40 years of professional experience in administrative assistance including accounting and statutory compliance.
Prior to joining InvAscent, May worked for five years as an Executive Assistant to the Dean at the Indian School of Business and two years as the Administrative Associate to the Asia Pacific Director, Google India. Prior to her tenure in India, May worked for fifteen years in the United Arab Emirates, where she held a variety of assignments including project management, auditing and travel coordination.
May holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
Ms Neha Pereira is an accomplished Human Resource Professional with over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR strategy development. She also has a background in teaching and office administration, which enhances her approach to organizational management.
Neha holds an MBA in Human Resource from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, and a Bachelor’s Degree in B.Com- Management from Mumbai University.
Ms. Nithya Govind has over 20 years of experience in private equity, business risk, audit and advisory services.
Prior to joining InvAscent, Nithya spent over two years in business risk advisory at Grant Thornton, an international financial services company. During her time there, she performed financial and business due diligence for both listed and private companies.
Prior to that, Nithya spent over one year in the internal audit division of Hewlett Packard and three years in the audit and advisory services division of PwC.
Nithya is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Madras.
Mr. Paritosh Nayak has over 13 years of experience in private equity and healthcare.
Prior to joining InvAscent, he worked for six years as a Tech Lead and Junior Manager in Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, a multinational pharmaceutical company, two years as a Research Scientist in Jubilant Life Sciences and over one year as a Formulation R&D Officer in Mylan India, a global healthcare company.
Paritosh holds a Post-Graduate Programme in Management from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and a Master & Bachelor of Pharmacy from Jadavpur University, Kolkata
Dr. Sankalp Anand has over 17 years of experience in assessing environmental and social impact and risk assessments to determine potential liabilities in transaction-related projects for investment firms. He was also instrumental in developing their corrective action strategies, integrating them as part of the investment and/or lending processes.
Before joining InvAscent, Sankalp worked for over nine years as a Principal Consultant with ERM India, a global environmental and sustainability firm. Prior to ERM, he has worked with other international consulting firms such as Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and Société Générale de Surveillance (SGS).
Sankalp is a doctorate from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi in Atmospheric Sciences and holds a master’s degree (M.Tech.) in Atmospheric Physics from the Pune University and master’s degree (M.Sc.) in Physics from Banaras Hindu University (BHU).
Ms. Shweta Agrawal has over 15 years of experience in financial services and corporate finance.
Prior to joining InvAscent, Shweta spent seven years as a CFO in SBICAP Ventures Limited and Paragon Advisers Partners LLP. During her time there, she was responsible for managing functions such as accounting, treasury, fund administration, investor reporting, information technology and compliance.
Prior to her time as a CFO, Shweta spent seven years as a Senior Vice President in IDFC Alternatives Limited, an investment management firm and one year as a Corporate Finance Senior Manager in Edelweiss group, an investment and financial services company.
Shweta holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Mumbai University, the Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountancy of India and the Certified Public Accountant designation from the California State Board, USA.
Mr. Venkata Sainath Dadi brings over 6 years of experience in strategy consulting and financial markets, specializing in digital business builds, growth strategies, and operational excellence.
Prior to joining Invascent, Sainath served as an Associate at McKinsey & Company for 3 years, where he partnered with leading Indian companies across diverse industries. He led the development of go-to-market strategies, business plans, and customer value propositions, driving initiatives that significantly enhanced clients’ revenue streams and operational efficiencies.
Before his tenure at McKinsey, Sainath worked as an Index Structuring Associate at Nomura International Plc, where he developed multi-asset portfolios and played a key role in expanding the firm’s product offerings to clients across Europe and Asia.
Sainath holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a B.Tech (Hons.) in Instrumentation Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
